Our Story
We’re Zuzanna and Irakli, the founders of Arcade London Group. Over the past 10 years, we’ve had the opportunity to help people create their dream homes. Along the way, we came across many challenges, with the biggest being building the right team for each project. We’ve learned that for a project to run smoothly, creating strong collaboration between the client, architect, and contractor is key. With our combined expertise in architecture and construction, we’re focused on creating an environment that makes project execution easier and less stressful.

Our Process
1.If you already have an architect, we'll arrange a meeting to go over the scope of the project.
2. When you put your trust in us (thank you), we start to analyse your budget. Your site. Of ideas, options, a concept. We model, draw and present.
3. We prepare project for tender
4. And then we build. Well, not exactly us, but the builders. Visiting the site is one of our favorite parts of the process—problem-solving, meeting with the team, checking in, sourcing materials
