We use detailed 3D modelling to understand how the building comes together before construction begins. It allows us to coordinate complex junctions, test materials and details, and give the site team a much clearer picture of what is being built. It also helps clients understand the design and make decisions with confidence before those decisions become costly to change.
one team, start to finish
Because design and construction sit within the same process, there is much less room for information to get lost between architect and contractor. Our architects stay closely involved during the build, working directly with the site team to resolve details and maintain quality.
